The staff was amazing, always helpful and nice, and the skyline view from our room was breathtaking, especially at nighttime! The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool area and top-notch breakfast buffet, the best we've had during our travels, making it worth the price. Despite some rooms showing signs of wear and age, the overall experience was splendid and the location was unbeatable for exploring Niagara Falls within walking distance! 🌟

Perfect location near the falls, easy walk to attractions, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff! Great for families. The Anchor Bar breakfast was excellent, and the staff handled the fire alarm situation professionally. Can't wait to come back!

Accommodation was big and newly renovated with accommodating and exceptionally nice stuff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and beautiful, to the falls, convenient to go everywhere.

we loved our stay at holiday inn! we could easily walk to the falls, park, restaurants, and shopping. the hotel's location is perfect, with the casino right across from the hotel. the lobby, kids' pool area, and indoor pool were really nice. we enjoyed the on-site restaurant, tony roma, and the staff was always very nice and helpful. the hotel has become our go-to place in the area because of its great staff, perfect location, and amenities such as the arcade and plenty of parking.

Amazing and fantastic location in Niagara Falls, very close to Niagara Falls, and most of the other scenic attractions such as Maid of the Mist boat ride, Cave Of the Winds, Niagara Scenic Trolley and visitor center, Souvenir Shop and great Chinese restaurant Royal Dragon. Elegant and attractive room, enthusiastic staff at the reception desk.

My stay at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls was delightful! The location was superb for exploring the falls. The staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Though some issues arose, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Niagara Falls!

Spending a few days with family at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, especially as we explored the legends behind the thunder in the film Niagara Legends of Adventure. The kids were fascinated by the myths and miracles brought to life in an engaging way. The close proximity to the Aquarium of Niagara was convenient for a fun and educational family outing.

In my wife's opinion, a dedicated children's play area within the hotel premises would have been a great addition.

During my transit stay at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls, I appreciated the convenient location in the Downtown Niagara Falls district, making it easy to explore the area's attractions with the Niagara Falls Trolley making several stops nearby. The hotel's indoor pool provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of travel, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The experience at the bar was not as welcoming as expected. Despite selecting a non-dining table, I was informed that I needed to be seated to order drinks, which was a minor inconvenience.
